My husband and I are considering moving to Maine or New Hampshire. Do I know anyone on DA from Maine/New Hampshire (other than ?) If I do, pretty please give me some tips on living in that area? I am way confused, especially about car registration. Here in Ohio, registration tax is paid when you buy your car as part of the price you pay at the dealer, and then you pay $50 a year for plates. Apparently up north it costs hundreds of dollars a year?

I'm thinking of working up a series of 3-4 poster illustrations for SEKRIT PROJEKT and putting them in the college's senior show... along with maybe chapter one, if I can get it finished. Take that, super-serious-liberal-arts-college-at-which-I-never-completed-a-studio-course-and-earned-an-art-degree-anyway.
